KAL MANSUR
VALKYRIES | SHELTERS | FUTURE SUMMARIES
Kal Mansur’s wall works are luminous objects that play with light and depth. A nested form hovers within a translucent plexiglass enclosure, capturing ambient light. Edges ignite with vibrant color, casting a glow that is at once contained and expansive. Painted areas frame this interaction, with lines extending outward or softly dissolving, bridging painting and sculpture. The result is a prism-like invitation, bending light, deepening shadows, and inviting the viewer to travel through the composition.

IN SITU
Mansur’s art transcends a mere static encounter; it is a passage—drawing viewers into a journey through form and light. As Mansur explains, “The ability to conduct how light interacts with surfaces is my ongoing attempt to create a visual braille – a language by which color and composition can be felt and not merely observed.”
